- All used parts orders will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours guaranteed (unless specified otherwise). New parts and accessories will be shipped with 48 hours. All orders will be shipped either using UPS or USPS parcel services. Tracking and delivery confirmation will be available for all orders. Expedited shipping is also available if you need your parts in a hurry!

- We do not share your personal information with anyone. Motorecycler.com is a safe on-line shopping community. We use the industry
standard security for your protection. All of your personal information
including payment information is encrypted so no one else can read it.
- Returns & Replacements
- All parts are guaranteed to be as they are described or your money back. If we have a replacement part you also have the option of a free replacement. We will accept returns for up to 15 days after a purchase, however a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
- Ordering
- Ordering is straight forward and simple at Motorecycler.com. You can easily add any item to your shopping cart and checkout whenever you are finished. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call or email us using the contact us link.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Paypal makes it easy to use your credit card, debit card, or bank account. We will also accept money orders, use the contact us link for information.
- Viewing Orders
- Use the Check Order Status link to view your past orders. You will need to create an account with us to use this service. You can also call or email us if you have any questions on past or future orders. All used parts are priced extremely competitive and always much cheaper than purchasing new. Make sure to check out our specials to save even more on clearance items and special sales.
- Updating Account Information
- If you create an account with us you can at any time log in and edit any of your information. You can also add or remove your name from our newsletter when editing your account.
